Xlaudio and Tasslehof welcome you to Cdmio homepage.
Cdmio is a cdplayer for linux - and virtually for many UNIX systems - written in C. It currently supports only IDE Cd-Drives.
Here are its main features:

• supports all the normal operations of a cdplayer: play, eject, skip to next 30 seconds...
• (hopefully) nice interface for X using gtk
• dinamically loadable applets: vu-meter, spectrum analyser, waveform display and OpenGL toys (including a port from XMMS).
• fairly exhaustive documentation

Please notice that the program is still in a strong development phase : there is some bug and lack of some features (notably the cddb suppport).
